Diagnosis: Pleural effusion
Small (blunting of costophrenic angle) to
Large (partial/complete opacification of the lung)
Multiple etiologies (CHF, trauma, postoperative, malignant, infectious)
If unsure, do decubitus view (fluid moves ū solid lesions donĘt!)
Here: Large pleural effusion
