Diagnosis: Cholelithiasis

Most gallstones are not radiopaque
Can show radiolucent center with calcified rim
Solitary or in clusters
In expected location of gallbladder or common bile duct

In this case, we can see a nice cluster of gallbladder stones on plain film and ultrasound.
