Diagnosis: Small bowel obstruction

Dilated air filled proximal small bowel loops and dilated fluid filled small bowel loops are seen. Also identified is a transition point (cause of obstruction) in the anterior lower abdomen. The bowel loops are dilated proximal to and collapsed distal to the transition point.
